Just came back from The Curve at Damansara. The purpose of me going there today is to search for a dress to wear to my BF’s sis wedding in May. After searching for it at so many places I almost gave up. The shops either have the right colour but wrong size or all together just ill fitting. Finally I found one that today, here is the picture of it :
It’s a pretty tube dress in deep purple colour. Satin like material just makes it look elegant enough for a wedding dinner.
Since I was already at The Curve I stop by the Pets Safari to pick up some of my doggie stuff. All I can say is it is not cheap having a pet dog. ADVISE TO ALL: think twice (or 3 times or forever!) before getting a pet dog as it is like having a baby of your own. When you buy a pet you might think it’s all puppy cuteness but be sure to include sleepless nights and diaper changing into the picture. That is what happen to me for the first week Tobbie was with me, barking in the middle of the night to pee and poop.
But now as days go by I think I handled taking care of her pretty well. But do keep in mind that this is not the first time I’m looking after a dog, I’ve two poodles before this. First timer will definitely feel stress out unless you are very very very very very x10 patience which I’m not. I did snap a few times thinking: ‘ WTH did I bring this onto myself!’. But luckily I manage to come to my senses. I spent at least two hours last night on YouTube watching all kinds of videos teaching how to train your pet dog. I hope when I try it on Tobbie it will work. There’s one program on National Geography that is called Dog Whisperer seems very interesting. How I hope now I have Astro so that I can watch it. It is about a guy who tame aggressive dogs.
With my hope of training my dog to be a better one, I bought training biscuit made out of fish. You heard right, it is fish biscuit for dogs. It seems to be the newest IT thing for the dogs called fish for dogs.
It’s shaped like a star and smells like fish too. Nowadays thanks to the influence of Paris Hilton and her dress in pink Chihuahua, all kinds of things claimed to make your dog smart and healthy are coming out. Doesn’t it sounds a bit like the milk powder advertisement for babies?
Here are all the things I bought from the pet store today :
Bought 2 cans of the training biscuit each for RM12+ (expensive!), 2 poop bags, one pack of dental treats, one new lease and one toy that rattles (again don’t you see how similar this one is to a human baby toy? told you they were treating dogs like children).
And finally a random picture of Tobbie :
Happy always.
